Ana Giraldo joined Thomas Murray in 2002 and is Director and Head of Risk Products in the Capital Markets Infrastructure team. Ana is responsible for the ongoing development of TM’s risk products and methodologies across the Capital Markets business, as well as leading a number of public ratings and consultancy projects. Ana is a specialist in the Latin American and Eurasian securities markets including trading, clearing and settlement practices. Her role includes maintaining relationships with regulators, clearing houses, central securities depositories, custodian banks and other market players in the different markets of these two regions. Ana is also the vice-chairman of Thomas Murray’s Risk Committee. Ana joined Thomas Murray after she completed her Masters degree in Banking and International Finance in the City University in London. Ana previously worked at Fitch and the Colombia Stock Exchange based in Bogota, Colombia.

Brian’s last role for HSBC was as the Regional Head of the Securities Services business for Asia Pacific and the Middle East; based in Hong Kong for the last three years.

In his previous role as Head of Product Management for the Asia-Pacific region, Mr. Gosset’s responsibilities covered the services offered by the international Central Securities Depository, including settlement and custody of fixed-income and equity securities, collateral management and investment fund processing.

Over a career spanning more than 25 years of service in some of the region’s highest levels of law enforcement and corporate enterprise, Paul has earned a stellar record of achievement as a cyber security practitioner, strategist, and thought leader.

Paul was the APAC Head of Fraud and High Tech Investigations for JP Morgan Chase Bank. From 2012-2014, he relocated to New York where he served as the bank’s Global Head of High-Tech/Cyber Investigations. In this role, Paul managed a global team of cyber investigators and responders throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia, focused on addressing the pressing needs of managing the evolving threats faced by a global financial institution.

Since September 2017, Julien has served as CEO of Hong Kong, bringing his entrepreneurial and solutions-driven approach to BNP Paribas Securities’ oldest location in the Asia Pacific region. His experience in the UK and France, especially in the areas of market infrastructure and regulatory developments, means he is perfectly positioned to lead the bank’s efforts in Hong Kong as the city continues to develop as a leading global financial centre.

Before becoming CEO of Hong Kong, Julien served as Head of Sales and Relationship Management for Banks and Brokers based in London, where he was also a member of the UK Executive Committee. Before joining BNP Paribas in 1997, he worked for the Central Bank of France as an account manager.
