During his 20 years at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Julien Kasparian has built a comprehensive track record in financial services, holding various management positions within clearing services, operations, product, and market infrastructure, as well as sales and relationship management.

Since September 2017, Julien has served as CEO of Hong Kong, bringing his entrepreneurial and solutions-driven approach to BNP Paribas Securities’ oldest location in the Asia Pacific region. His experience in the UK and France, especially in the areas of market infrastructure and regulatory developments, means he is perfectly positioned to lead the bank’s efforts in Hong Kong as the city continues to develop as a leading global financial centre.

Before becoming CEO of Hong Kong, Julien served as Head of Sales and Relationship Management for Banks and Brokers based in London, where he was also a member of the UK Executive Committee. Before joining BNP Paribas in 1997, he worked for the Central Bank of France as an account manager.
