Before CENTRL, Sanjeev was Co-founder & CEO of CashEdge, a financial technology and payments company serving hundreds of banks, which was acquired by Fiserv in 2011. Prior to that, Sanjeev was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in New York where he served major financial and technology companies. In addition, Sanjeev has served as a consultant to Apple Inc. in the payments area. Sanjeev has an MBA from Stanford Business School where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. After 17 years at Swift, Charifa has held a variety of roles, working on market infrastructure initiatives with the Eurosystem, DTCC and others and more recently, as Head of Global Payments Innovation (gpi) EMEA, leading efforts to establish a new norm for cross-border payments. Prior to Swift, she worked at The Bank of New York Mellon, in the Custody business, before moving to Accenture and BNP Paribas. Charifa holds a Master degree in Financial Markets, specialised in the management of post-trade operations.

She has over 15 years of experience in post trade services for Financial Institutions.

Hai Jade is also responsible for the Market Insights function which is driven by regional experts who work with the local markets to distribute our market newsflashes to clients and consolidate information and feedback on our market advocacy efforts.

Prior to working at Standard Chartered, Hai Jade worked in the relationship management team at Citi in London and then Singapore, responsible for client relationships with Market Infrastructures and Broker Dealers.

Leda is a former banker, technology executive and founding CEO of 11:FS Foundry, where she led the growth of its modular core digital banking offering. Prior to that, Leda was Chief Innovation Officer at Qatar National Bank, the largest bank in the Middle East and North Africa. Before QNB, Leda served as a Director at business and technology consulting firm Sapient, focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies; and led EMEA innovation at BNY Mellon for several years. Leda joined BNY Mellon from fintech start-up Great East London Software, where she served as head of services development.
Leda holds an MA from King’s College, Cambridge, and an MSc and PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Kathleen joined Morgan Guaranty Trust Company Brussels in 1992 and after 2 years in operations, she joined the commercial division of Euroclear SA where she spent more than 10 years as Sales & Relationship Manager for major investment banks and Unit Head.
In 2007 Kathleen moved to the Network Department within Euroclear Bank SA/NV where she took up several roles. She also spent two years in Hong Kong as Head of Network Management for Asia and Middle East and as Branch Manager for the Hong Kong office. In 2017 she became Global Head of Network Management based in Brussels and responsible for a team of around 50 people in charge of securities, cash and funds agents relationships and project management.
At the end of 2022, she was also appointed Chief Business Officer for Euroclear Bank SA/NV and joined the Euroclear Bank Management Committee as Advisor.
