Luc Vantomme is Managing Director, global head of Innovation for the Euroclear group and member of the Group Extended Management Committee.
Previously, Luc Vantomme was Chief Risk & Compliance Officer for the Euroclear group.
Before, Mr Vantomme was Managing Director, head of Euroclear Bank’s Network Management and Banking division. He was also responsible for all operations relating to investment funds at Euroclear Bank.

Francois Verlaine has been Head of ASEAN & South Asia for the Financing & Securities Services business at Standard Chartered Bank since October 2020.
Based in Singapore, Francois joined the Bank in April 2013. He was previously responsible for leading the strategic agenda for securities services and new business development. Responsibilities included driving the strategic agenda for the business, seeking and prioritizing investment funding for the business, pricing, client implementation and delivering on the corporate development agenda.
Francois has over 20 years experience in financial services. He started his career in strategy consulting focusing on business strategy for investment, corporate and private banks. In 2005 he joined JPMorgan where he held various roles in product, sales and business development across the Investor Services franchise.

Mr Nehal Vora is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) since September 24, 2019. CDSL is the first and only depository to be listed on the stock exchange in Asia and the and the first and the only depository to launch operations at the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at the GIFT City, Gandhinagar, India. Nehal’s endeavour as the helm at CDSL is to build a robust franchise built on a foundation of fair and transparent governance framework coupled with a strong digital footprint.
He was recently awarded the ‘CEO of the year’ by the 20th Global Edition Business Leader of the year awards. He also received the ‘The Vocational Excellence Awards’ by the Rotary Club of Bombay Seaface.
Mr. Vora is a member of the SEBI Policy Committees, FPI Advisory Committee (FAC), Market Data Advisory Committee (MDAC) and Secondary Market Advisory Committee (SMAC) and he chairs the Working Group on the Data Protocols for Secondary Markets of the MDAC. He is also the co-chair at the Expert Committee: Alternative Funding (PE + Capital Markets) of the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
