Melissa Pang is Head of Global Securities Operation, North Asia at Deutsche Bank. In this role, she leads a team of professionals that provide end-to-end operational support to various business lines including Securities Services and Global Markets in Deutsche Bank. Melissa took on the role in 2012, having joined the bank in 2008.

Melissa actively contributes and influences key local market initiatives such as Stock Connect and Bond Connect within the bank and externally in various market discussions. She is a member of the Hong Kong Custodian Working Group, Asia Securities Industry & Financial Markets and HKEX Custody Council
