Neil is a Director in the global Broadridge Investor Communication business, helping clients meet their Shareholder Rights Directive obligations.
As an integral part of the Broadridge team for over 4 years, he has been involved in the development and implementation of proxy voting solutions, aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency throughout the proxy voting lifecycle for global retail banks and brokers, as well as CSDs.
Prior to Broadridge, Neil spent several years at JP Morgan as the Head of Proxy Voting Operations.
