Janice joined HSBC Securities Services since 2009 and is the Regional Head of Digital & Data in Asia for HSBC Securities Services. The team’s objective is to drive digital & data product development and innovation covering end-to-end securities services life cycle. In her current role, Janice works with products & services across HSBC securities services to enable the next generation post-trade services. Her work covers areas involving application programming interfaces (API), symphony, artificial intelligence (AI), data as a service (DaaS), data governance and digital asset services (DLT & tokens). Previous responsibilities in securities services include Treasury Product Management, Network Management, Project Management and Transformation Management for Global Custody and Treasury in Hong Kong and other service centres. Prior to joining HSBC, Janice worked as a management consultant in Accenture and acted as a project manager and strategy consultant for global financial institutions in Hong Kong and Singapore, including regional core banking implementation programs, market entry analysis, merger and acquisitions and organisation restructuring.
