Michael is a highly experienced strategic leader who has focused his skills on global securities.
During his many years in the industry, Michael has been a proven driver of change, both at a business and industry level and has delivered significant top and bottom-line growth for the various companies he has served. As an industry authority, he has worked with both the public and private sectors and is a regular speaker at various conferences. He is currently a Board Director, a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute and a Trustee of ShareGift.

Prior to joining Proxymity, Michael chaired and has been a member of numerous company boards and industry committees. In his role at Proxymity, he continues to serve on several industry committees helping to shape policy and positive reform and is a driver of operational excellence, as well as product transformation by utilising new systems and technologies (including RPA, Fintech, and AI). He is also actively involved in the creation and introduction of new products and leads the drive for Proxymity’s call for international harmonisation of market processing.
