Daniel was appointed CEO of Meritsoft in May 2022 to drive the continuing development of Meritsoft’s post-trade automation and digital transformation solutions across global capital markets.
He joined Meritsoft in 2014 bringing more than 20 years’ experience in the provision of front, middle and back-office software and solutions.
Since the Meritsoft’s acquisition by Cognizant in March 2019, Daniel has continued to lead global commercial activities, overseeing the growing adoption of Meritsoft’s solutions for brokerage fees and billing, fails management and CSDR, transaction taxes and claims management, and research and CSA billing. In his current role as CEO, Daniel continues to provide regulatory and technology expertise across the firm.
