Rafael is the Secretary General of the European Association of CCP Clearing Houses (EACH), the trade organisation that represents the interests of European CCPs. A government affairs professional with 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Rafael has also worked for FESE, the European Parliament and in investment consulting. He is an Invited lecturer on CCP Clearing at the Solvay School of Economics and Management and an Editorial Board member of the Journal of Securities Operations & Custody.
