David Williams joined Barclays in 2013 and serves as the Americas Head of Engagement for Barclays Global Markets Operations Infrastructure, based in New York. David and his team are responsible for managing cash and custody agent banks, market infrastructures such as CCPs, CSD and ICSDs as well as post-trade business process outsourced services across Canada, USA and Latin America/Caribbean. He has over 19 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry.

Prior to joining Barclays, David worked for the Global Network Management team at JPMorgan and has also worked for UBS and US Bank. David holds a B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Business from the FIA Business School, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
